About this class/workshop:
These sessions are part class part workshop and are for anyone who's always wanted to try yoga but not known where to start.
This rolling four week series is designed to introduce you to some of the fundamental parts of yoga as you build up knowledge and confidence to join a regular class. You can dip in and out, attend four classes consecutively, make it your regular Sunday evening yoga fix.
It will also be great for those who have a regular practice and want some neat tips and tricks to freshen up your focus.
We use zoom.com as our on-line interactive studio, please see the FAQ for more details!
What you need:
Comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in: shorts and a T-shirt are perfect.
A yoga mat if you have one, but a reasonably clear space on the floor is fine.
A refillable water bottle (not plastic please) and a towel if you choose.
Life sometimes puts unavoidable delays in our path, and if something means you'll be late please don't worry: you're welcome to join when you arrive (within reason!).
How many students will there be?
On-Line classes are theoretically limitless, but Matthew is limiting these sessions to 15 so it's possible to interact with everyone.
