Mark initially came to yoga and meditation as a relief from the intense and pressured world of corporate marketing. As such, he knows exactly what the busy working professional needs from a class in order to relax, release and let go.

Training at Yoga London in 2018, Mark soon took the plunge from PR pro to professional yogi. His most recent training was in the ancient art of 'Yoga Nidra', known as 'yogic sleep'. He enjoys blending this powerful yet completely non-physical form of yoga with gentle flow and stretch for the ultimate mind-body restoration.

Mark is particularly passionate about creating an open space for LGBTQ+ men to experience the benefits of the yogic practices and so is thrilled to be joining the Brewer Street Yoga community.
