Yoga and Fitness Teacher

Kage is from a professional dance and theatre background and fell into yoga as it was the “cool thing” all the other dancers were doing. From a fashion trend it became a true love and he has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and became a yoga teacher 2019.


Kage is all about the fundamentals of the yoga practice, breaking down the postures so the alignment is clear and giving variations so you get 100% of the benefits without over doing it and causing injuries.


It’s a fun upbeat class not taking life too seriously, guiding you through your yoga practice. Improving, flexibility, strength, core, stamina and most importantly focus, using your breath.

Power Yoga (Men's Naked)

This friendly and sociable class is perfect if you've never done yoga before, or if you have an existing practice but want an opportunity to develop and grow.

Power Yoga is a strong practice to improve muscular strength, core stability, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging and are held slightly longer all while concentrating on your breath to remain focused and present on the mat.

Kage offers helpful and sensitive adjustments for those who want them (consent is always requested before any adjustment), whilst keeping a close eye on everyone in the room and offering individual feedback to ensure everyone is working to the best of their abilities.

The class focuses on key postures, breathing, developing strength, and balance. You'll learn to connect mind and body and develop a deeper understanding of your own physicality. No prior experience is necessary, and the class is friendly and fun.

Dynamic Power Yoga (Men's Naked)

Join Kage for this fast-paced, free-flowing practice where you’ll move from one pose to the next, working your whole body and most importantly challenging your mind. The pace will help you deepen your stretches and working on your focus will help you reclaim some headspace.

Dynamic Power Yoga has the same characteristics as Power Yoga but we move slightly faster and implement more single leg and arm balances. Prior yoga experience is an advantage for this vigorous class.

Kage offers helpful and sensitive adjustments for those who want them (consent is always requested before any adjustment), whilst keeping a close eye on everyone in the room and offering individual feedback to ensure everyone is working to the best of their abilities.
