Yoga for Gay Men and Friends - Monday 3pm, Tuesday & Thursday 7pm, Saturday 10am - 75 mins

This class is perfect if you've never done yoga before, or if you have an existing practice but want an opportunity to develop and grow.  Matthew gives clear easy instructions in layman's language (no sanskrit or chanting in his classes), and we focus on key postures, breathing, developing strength, and balance.  You'll learn to connect mind and body and develop a deeper understanding of your own physicality.  No prior experience is necessary, and the class is friendly and fun.

Yoga for Gay Men and Friends (strong) - Monday 7pm, - 75 mins

Similar in style to Yoga for Gay Men and Friends, this class requires a reasonable degree of physical fitness, and focuses on more challenging poses. You can expect some inversions, hand-balances, powerflow sequences.  Don't be put off though, the class is often more more workshop style with Matthew giving guidance on how to approach these difficult shapes.

Yoga Flow for Gay Men and Friends - Wednesday 7pm - 75mins

Join Andrea for this fast-paced, free-flowing practice where you’ll move from one pose to the next, working your whole body and most importantly challenging your mind.  The pace will help you deepen your stretches, and working on your focus will help you reclaim some headspace.  It works your heart and lungs, and improves your range of movement.

Who these classes are for:

Friendly small group yoga classes for gay men and their friends in-studio.  All genders are welcome at the virtual studio!

No prior experience is necessary, and the classes are friendly and fun. It's great if you've never done yoga before but have a reasonable degree of physical fitness, or if you have an existing practice but want an opportunity to develop and grow. Part flowing sequences and part static postures, we give clear easy instructions in layman's language (no sanskrit or chanting in our classes), and we focus on key postures, breathing, developing strength and balance. You'll learn to connect mind and body and develop a deeper understanding of your own physicality.

Note, Monday's 7pm class is "strong" - expect some inversions and powerflow.
