Who these classes are for:
This hour long HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training session is for any man who is looking to develop strength, improve fitness, and develop muscle, with a like minded group of men.
Lead by Dave, a Military Fitness Instructor and nutrition expert, you'll experience a series of physical tasks performed as fast and as hard as you can for a short period of time, before moving on to the next fitness station.
.What you need:
A face covering
Shorts as a minimum, vest/t-shirt if you choose
A refillable water bottle (not plastic please) and a towel
Please note there are no showers at the studio
This class is performed barefoot, so no trainers please
Life sometimes puts unavoidable delays in our path, and if something means you'll be late please don't worry: you're welcome to join when you arrive (within reason!) . All we ask is that you let us know so we can prepare a space for you and let the other students know.
How many students will there be?
In-Studio classes are limited to 9 students with greater than 2m physical distancing.
