Who this class is for:

BSY is about providing a non judgmental and welcoming space for all participants. Accordingly we ask that you attend in an open frame of mind to enhance your own personal benefit from the class and share that positivity with others.

This class is for anyone who identifies as queer (gay, trans, non-binary, lesbian or asexual), and is a safe space to explore yoga in a non-judgemental environment. Part guided meditation (yoga nidra), part gentle intentional movement, this mostly floor-based class is open to all abilities and is deeply relaxing as well as being a good stretch.

Peter teaches from a trauma informed perspective, and the class is designed to support grounding and defining boundaries for anybody who is curious to explore yoga and meditation as tools to go deeper in their self-inquiry.

Note that this class is open to all genders.
