Where: Brewer Street Yoga

Who this workshop is for:
Join Matthew and Gérard and a select group of men for a workshop exploring sharing yoga with a second yogi. Note this is not couples yoga, so no need to bring your own partner, and you'll be working with everyone in the room at least once.
You'll explore mutual trust and shared responsibility as you work together with a second yogi, not just on making fun shapes and deepening your physical practice, but also on synchronising your mind and breathing.
Unlike many other 'partner' workshops, this session is not about touch and intimacy, and there will be no 'sensual' type exercises. We respect everyone's boundaries, but we also respect the fact that erections happen and that's fine. What's not fine is doing something with them and the only ground rule that's non negotiable in the session is that touching them, either your own or someone elses is strictly off limits.
This workshop requires close contact so as well as complying with the BSY Covid Safe Declaration you must also provide a negative lateral flow test on the day of the workshop. You will not be permitted to join the workshop if you do not provide this and no refunds will be given.
What to wear/Things you'll need for this workshop:
This is a naturist class so no clothing please, no exceptions
A yoga mat (please contact us if you don't have your own)
A refillable water bottle (not plastic please) and a towel if you choose to.
Note that there are no shower facilities at this venue.
Life sometimes puts unavoidable delays in our path, and if something means you'll be late please don't worry: you're welcome to join when you arrive (within reason!) . All we ask is that you let us know so we can let the other students know.
How many students will there be?
In-Studio classes are currently limited to 12 students.
Please have a look at the Yoga and Health section before attending a class for the first time. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us in advance of attending a class.
I still have questions!
That's totally fine! Have a look at our FAQ section and if that still doesn't answer your question drop us an email here.
