Mixed Ability - Monday & Thursday 3.15pm

This class is perfect if you've never done yoga before, or if you have an existing practice but want an opportunity to develop and grow.  I give clear easy instructions in layman's language (no sanskrit or chanting in my classes), and we focus on key postures, breathing, developing strength, and balance.  You'll learn to connect mind and body and develop a deeper understanding of your own physicality.  No prior experience is necessary, and the class is friendly and fun.

Strong - Monday 7.15pm

This class is perfect if you've never done yoga before but have a reasonable degree of physical fitness, or if you have an existing practice but want an opportunity to develop and grow.  I give clear easy instructions in layman's language (no sanskrit or chanting in my classes), and we focus on key postures, breathing, developing strength, and balance.  You'll learn to connect mind and body and develop a deeper understanding of your own physicality. Prior yoga experience is not necessary but will put you at an advantage.

Power Flow - Saturday 12.30pm

Join Andrea for this fast-paced, free-flowing practice where you’ll move from one pose to the next, working your whole body and most importantly challenging your mind.  The pace will help you deepen your stretches. And working on your focus will help you reclaim some headspace.  It works your heart and lungs, and improves your range of movement.

Weekend Warriors - Sunday 10.30am

Channel your inner Weekend Warrior and join this Sunday morning flowing class for all levels. Classes will feature a series of poses to energise and inspire, rejuvenate and uplift.  This class is a long-brewing collaboration between Matthew, Craig, Andrea, and Stefan, celebrating London's big (and growing) naked yoga family. Each week will be led by one teacher, and depending on who's teaching you'll taste a different flavour of yoga, with each bringing his own ideas, strengths, and unique teaching style to the class.

Who these classes are for:

These classes are for gay men and their friends. No prior experience is necessary, and the classes are friendly and fun.

It's great if you've never done yoga before but have a reasonable degree of physical fitness, or if you have an existing practice but want an opportunity to develop and grow. Part flowing sequences and part static postures, you'll receive clear easy instructions and we will focus on key postures, breathing, developing strength and balance. You'll learn to connect mind and body and develop a deeper understanding of your own physicality.
